InfiniDev designs and builds mobile apps, web platforms, and the internal systems companies actually run on, and helps teams put AI to work where it pays off. Built from the work, not the pitch
InfiniDev started in 2022 as the practice Sebastian Schreuder ran alongside leading engineering teams in defense, fitness, and immigration. The same pattern kept showing up. Companies rarely needed a bigger team. They needed someone who had shipped the thing before, and who would stay in the code long enough to finish it.
So the studio stayed small on purpose. Rather than carry a bench, we bring in specialists per engagement: a designer, a second engineer, someone who has lived in the compliance domain. You get senior attention across the whole project instead of a senior pitch and a junior build.
Four things we do differently
Small shops win on judgment and follow-through. These are the commitments that make that concrete.
- You talk to the person writing the code
- No account manager in the middle, no handoff to a junior after the pitch. Whoever scopes the work builds it and stays on it through launch.
- Small team, short cycles
- Client work has run about 35% faster than benchmark, mostly because there is no coordination tax. Fewer people means fewer handoffs and fewer places for context to get lost.
- Built to hand over
- Standard tooling, documented decisions, and no proprietary layer that makes us hard to replace. Bringing the work in-house later should be a transition, not a rescue.
- Honest scope
- We turn down work we are not the right shop for, and we say so early when a plan will not hold. A referral costs everyone less than a project that ends badly.

Sebastian founded InfiniDev in 2022 and leads every engagement. Before that he was Head of Product and Engineering at Studio 93, where the Flutter fitness apps he led generated over $6M in annual recurring revenue, and Head of Engineering at Reset. At Adyton he built IL5-compliant, zero-trust defense software deployed across every Special Forces Group. He is currently V.P. of Technology at Terra Labor Consulting Group, and served six years in the United States Air Force before writing software professionally.
