Gravitas, by InfiniDev LLC, can send text messages to people who use a Gravitas workspace, to tell them about activity in that workspace. This page explains what those texts are, how you agree to receive them, and how to stop them.

1. What the texts are

Gravitas (by InfiniDev) sends account and system notifications to users of Gravitas workspaces about activity in their workspace: requests, approvals, hours, documents, and tasks. Recipients are the people who use a customer’s workspace, such as the company’s staff and its workers.

  • Each user opts in individually. No one receives texts because their employer or workspace turned them on.
  • Messages are not marketing. We do not send promotional or advertising texts through this program.
  • Workspaces cannot send their own free-text messages through the program. Every text is a Gravitas notification about something that happened in the workspace.

Example: “Gravitas: Your time-off request for Nov 3 was approved. Reply STOP to opt out.”

2. How you opt in

You opt in yourself, in Gravitas. You enter your mobile number in your notification settings and tick a checkbox that reads exactly:

The box is never ticked for you. Texts start only after you tick it and save. Agreeing to texts is not required to use Gravitas.

3. Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with the activity in your workspace. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How to stop texts or get help

  • Reply STOP to any Gravitas text to opt out. You will receive one confirmation text and no further texts.
  • Reply HELP to any Gravitas text for help.
  • You can also turn texts off at any time in your Gravitas notification settings.

5. Your number and your privacy

We use your mobile number only to send the Gravitas notifications you opted in to. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See the Gravitas Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
