InfiniDev
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how InfiniDev LLC (“InfiniDev,” “we,” “us”) handles information on our marketing website at www.infinidev.company. It is short on purpose, because the site collects little. It does not cover the Gravitas product; if you use Gravitas, see the separate Gravitas Privacy Policy, which governs the data your business and your team put into that platform.
1. Who we are and what this covers
InfiniDev LLC is a software studio based in Houston, Texas. This policy applies only to the public InfiniDev website — the pages you browse, the newsletter you can subscribe to, the inquiry form you can send us, and the client portal existing clients log in to.
It does not apply to the Gravitas application, which has its own privacy policy and its own terms of service. Where this website and the product both come up, treat them as separate: this document never speaks for Gravitas, and the Gravitas policy never speaks for this site.
2. What we collect and why
We collect only what the site actually needs to do the few things it does.
Newsletter sign-ups
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store the email address you enter, so we can send you the occasional update you asked for. That is the only field the form collects. You can unsubscribe at any time, and doing so ends the reason we hold your address.
Consulting inquiries
If you contact us through the inquiry form, we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, company, the service you are interested in, a description of what you are trying to accomplish, and your timeline — so we can understand your request and reply to it. We use this information to respond to you and to manage the potential engagement, and for nothing else.
Client portal accounts
If you are an existing client with a portal account, we hold the account details needed to sign you in and show you your work — your name, email address, and role, and the projects and revisions we share with you there (project names, descriptions, statuses, and preview links). This information exists to run the portal and is visible only to you and to InfiniDev.
Site preferences stored in your browser
The site remembers your light/dark theme choice and whether it has already shown you its intro animation this session. These are kept in your browser’s own storage (a theme value in localStorage and a one-time flag in sessionStorage), never sent to us, and used for nothing but those two conveniences. They are not tracking, and clearing your browser storage removes them.
3. Analytics
To understand how the site is used and to keep it fast, we use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These collect aggregate, privacy-friendly information — which pages are visited, general device and browser type, and page-performance measurements such as load times.
Both are cookieless: they set no cookies and store nothing in your browser, and they do not build an advertising profile of you. We use what they report only to improve the website.
4. Service providers
We rely on two service providers to run the website, each processing data only for its role:
| Provider | What it handles |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Database and authentication — stores newsletter subscribers, consulting inquiries, and client portal accounts and content. |
| Vercel | Website hosting and delivery, plus the cookieless analytics and performance measurement described above. |
We do not sell your personal information, and we share it with these providers only to operate the site.
5. How long we keep it
We keep the information above for as long as it serves the purpose you gave it for, and no longer than two years after our last meaningful contact with you — after which we delete or de-identify it — except where we need to keep a record longer to meet a legal, tax, or accounting obligation. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter or ask us to delete your inquiry, we act on that sooner.
6. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”), gives you rights over the personal information we hold about you. Subject to the law’s limits, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how we use it;
- Delete personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate personal information; and
- Exercise these rights without being discriminated against for doing so.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 9; we will verify your request as the law requires before acting on it.
7. Children
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the site, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website changes. When we make a material change, we will update the “last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
