Most teams know AI could help but not where to start. We find the work worth automating, teach your people to use these tools well, and build the custom systems that off-the-shelf software cannot cover.
Start with an audit, or come in knowing exactly what you need. Every engagement is scoped to your situation.
AI Readiness Audit
Find out where AI actually pays off
Before buying tools, learn where AI returns real time and money. We map how your team works today, then rank the opportunities by return and effort so you spend on the ones that matter.
What's included
Workflow mapping across teams
Opportunity scoring by return and effort
Tool and vendor landscape review
Data readiness and privacy check
Build versus buy recommendation
Risk and compliance considerations
Deliverables
Prioritized opportunity roadmap
Current-state workflow map
Build versus buy recommendation
90-day action plan
Team Enablement & Workshops
Make your team genuinely productive with AI
Hands-on training that gets people producing real work with AI, not just curious about it. Role-specific sessions, your actual workload as the practice material, and playbooks your team keeps using after we leave.
What's included
Live hands-on workshops, remote or on-site
Role-specific playbooks for each team
Prompt patterns that hold up in real work
Tool selection and account setup guidance
Safe and compliant usage guardrails
Follow-up office hours
Deliverables
Workshop sessions and recordings
Role-specific prompt playbooks
Internal AI usage policy draft
Office-hours follow-up window
Custom AI Solutions
Build the thing off-the-shelf tools cannot do
When existing products do not fit your problem, we build the system that does. Agents that handle multi-step work, assistants grounded in your own documents, and AI wired into the software you already run.
What's included
AI agents for multi-step work
Retrieval assistants grounded in your documents
Integration with your existing tools and data
Evaluation harnesses so quality is measurable
Human-in-the-loop review where it matters
Deployment, monitoring, and cost controls
Deliverables
Production AI system
Evaluation and quality report
Integration and runbook documentation
Handoff and support plan
Process Automation
Take the repetitive work off your team
Automate the document shuffling, intake triage, and reporting that quietly eats hours every week. We measure the baseline first, so the time saved is a number rather than a feeling.
What's included
Document intake and data extraction
Request triage and routing
Recurring report generation
Customer support deflection
Approval and exception workflows
Accuracy monitoring and fallbacks
Deliverables
Automated workflow running in production
Accuracy baseline and monitoring
Exception handling playbook
Time-saved measurement
From curious to running it yourself
Every engagement follows the same arc, sized to the scope of the work.
01
Discover
We sit with your team and learn how the work actually gets done, not how the org chart says it does. This is where most AI projects quietly go wrong.
02
Prioritize
We score every opportunity by return and effort, then agree with you on what to tackle first. You get the reasoning, not just a recommendation.
03
Build & Train
We ship the solution and teach your team to operate it. Training happens on your real work, so the skills transfer immediately.
04
Measure & Hand Off
We baseline the results against where you started, document everything, and leave you able to run it without us. Staying dependent on a consultant is not a win.
What clients ask first
The concerns that come up in almost every first conversation.
Where does our data go?
We design around your constraints. That can mean models that never train on your data, region-pinned processing, or a self-hosted deployment when the data cannot leave your walls. We agree on the data boundary in writing before anything gets built.
Is this going to replace my staff?
That is rarely what clients actually want, and it is not what we optimize for. The work worth automating is the repetitive part people are glad to hand over. The outcome we measure is hours returned to higher-value work.
Will it work with the tools we already use?
Usually that is the whole point. Most of what we build plugs into the systems you already run rather than replacing them. Ripping out working software to accommodate AI is a bad trade.
How much of my team's time does this take?
An audit needs a few hours of interviews per team. Workshops run as half-day or full-day blocks. Custom builds need a named point of contact for questions, typically a couple of hours a week.
We tried AI tools and they did not stick. What is different?
Almost always the tools got bought before anyone understood the workflow. We start with the workflow, and we train people on their own real work instead of demos. Adoption follows from usefulness.
Do we need to be technical?
No. Enablement is built for non-technical teams, and the audit is a business conversation before it is a technical one.
